Ritter & Plante Associates, LLC  was responsible for the site design of a new Philadelphia Public School, located in the heart of the city.  Working under the direction of the Philadelphia School District, various studies were completed by the firm before the proposed layout was chosen and fully engineered.

Philadelphia, PA            

Ritter & Plante was responsible for the restoration of the center courtyard entrance of the apartment building as well as the streetscape.  Ritter & Plante, acting as the Site Surveyor, Site Civil Engineer and Landscape Architect, designed the hardscaping, landscaping, site lighting, and drainage systems for the courtyard as well as the surrounding streetscape. 

The Mills at East Falls

 

 

Philadelphia, PA            

Ritter & Plante was responsible for the landscape design and site engineering for the redevelopment of Historic Dobson Mills for use as a residential/retail artist colony.  The project contains various courtyard spaces as well as the large center arena currently used as the entertainment venue.  The project was completed in the fall of 2003 .

Morristown, NJ

Ritter & Plante was responsible for the restoration of a gourmet restaurant and alfresco dining terraces for an urban renewal project.  The design incorporates existing rock outcrops into the patio terraces.  The project was completed in the fall of  2004.
